RGFE Consulting will bring a team of consults to conduct an assessment of a value stream, a single facility or an entire portfolio of companies. RGFE uses proprietary tools to determine where a company stands on its continuous improvement journey and make recommendations for future improvement.

The RGFE team uses interviews, shop floor observations, value stream mapping, proprietary CI survey and data analysis during the assessment. All of the elements are run through a convergence prior to report out. RGFE will facilitate a planning session with the company team to develop a future state implementation plan if desired
