RGFE Consulting specializes in deep dive value stream mapping events. More than just a map, the deep dive events include an Excel model of the value stream that is used to verify the current state and then conduct “what if” scenarios in the future state.
The model strips away the emotion and enables the value stream team to come together to work on solutions that will move the organization forward.
Every deep dive session ends with an implementation plan with dates and responsibilities. Follow up meetings are scheduled to ensure the plan is working as designed.
